ROANE MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE SEXUAL ABUSE COUNTS

Roane authorities have charged Nathan Lee Bissell, 33 (left) with multiple counts of sexual abuse. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $300,000. Bissell is facing charges of sexual abuse 1st degree, sexual assault 1st degree (sexual intrusion), sexual abuse/sexual exploitation of a minor and incest. Matthew Cubberly, 27, was arrested in Roane County and charged with delivery and possession of a controlled substance. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $80,000.
