Virginia Dell Snyder, 94, formerly of Creston WV passed away at the Willows of Parkersburg WV on July 1, 2014. She was born November 11, 1919 the daughter of the late Noah and Martha (Boice) Cunningham. She enjoyed baking, gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by son Jerry Snyder of Parkersburg WV; 3 grandchildren, Victoria (Michael) Walker, Kelly Snyder, and Jamison (Stacy) Snyder all of Parkersburg; 4 great grandchildren, Kaitlin Walker, Courtney Snyder, Brittany Snyder and Lydia Snyder; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by both her parents, her husband Hollie Snyder in 1995, daughter-in-law Carolyn Snyder; three brothers, Frank Cunningham, Dale Cunningham and wife Irene, Eugene Cunningham wife Betty. Services will Be 11:00 am Monday, July 7, 2014 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV, with Rev. Lee Williams Officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, July 6, 2014 from 2 to 6 p.m. Interment will be at Snyder (McCray) Cemetery, Creston WV.
