BRAXTON MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT

A Braxton County man Howard Lanham Julius, 54, has been charged with sexual assault 3rd degree, sexual abuse exploiting a minor. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail yet to be set. Eric Andrew Barnett, 40, has been charged by Braxton authorities with domestic battery 2nd, domestic assault 1st/2nd by threats, and a capias warrant. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $20,000. A Ritchie County resident, Trevena Sundance, 20, is in North Central Regional Jail, charged with domestic assault 1st/2nd without the display of a weapon. She is also charged with obstructing.
