INJURED IN SHOOTING - Huntington Police said two were injured in a shooting in Huntington early Friday morning.

Markale Foster, 18 of Cross Lanes walked into the emergency room at Cabell Huntington Hospital with a gunshot wound to the neck.

Foster told police he and other people were in the lot at the A.D. Lewis Center when an altercation broke out between the people from his vehicle and several other people from Huntington.

Foster told police an unknown Huntington man then pulled out a handgun and shot several times into the vehicle that he and his friends were in, striking him in the neck, according to WSAZ-TV.

Another victim, a 15-year-old male, was treated for minor cuts.

Police said out of the seven people in the vehicle, only two are giving information about the shooter.

MARTINSBURG KNIFING - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Martinsburg man in connection with multiple stabbings that took place early Friday morning at a Berkeley County bar.

Police said said two women got into a fight at Shipwrecked Bar and Grill along McMillan Court.

The women and a group of men were asked to leave the bar and for some reason a man, who police have identified as Elan Bell-Veney of Martinsburg, got involved with a knife.

Police said Bell-Veney was swinging it wildly and stabbed five men including one victim in the stomach and another in the chest. The injuries were serious but not life-threatening.

Police are looking for Bell-Veney.
