ARNOLDSBURG MAN INDICTED ON METH CHARGES IN BRAXTON - Roane Man Charged Burglary/Malicious Assault

A Braxton County Grand Jury has indicted Nicholas Shane Cummings of Arnoldsburg on four drug related charges, including operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab; possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver; conspiracy to deliver meth; and conspiracy.

The incidents happened in June 2013, according to Trooper L. D. Mohr.

Cummings was set to be arraigned in Circuit Court on June 9, but he did not appear, but was represented by his attorney, Jonathan Fittro.

Prosecuting Attorney Kelly Hamon McLaughlin requested that the court revoke Cummings' bond and issue a bench warrant for his arrest.

A Roane County man has been charged with malicious assault, wounding, battery and nighttime burglary.

Christopher Shawn Anderson, 36, is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $200,000.

Anderson allegedly stabbed a victim multiple times.

Roane County authorities have arrested Jason Kyle Conrad, 34, charged with DUI 1st, obstructing, and driving suspended 3rd offense.

He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $15,000.

Jillisa Jo Grothe, 34, has been charged by Braxton authorities with domestic assault 1st, 2nd by threats and destruction of property.

She is in Central Regional Jail with bail at $10,000.
