A newly proposed rule greatly expanding the jurisdiction of the EPA will be discussed at the Calhoun County Farm Bureau meeting on June 19 at 7:00 p.m at the Arnoldsburg Community Building.

Staff from the West Virginia Farm Bureau state office will present information on how this new federal overreach will limit property rights. The EPA proposal will have negative effects on all businesses and industries - agriculture, forestry, homebuilding, oil and gas and more.

The public is encouraged to attend and find out how to get involved. For more information, contact Dean Miller at 304-354-6642.

Representing more than 24,000 members, the West Virginia Farm Bureau was founded in 1919 to provide leadership, education, information, training and economic services to county farm bureaus to enhance the quality of life for its members.
