A Ritchie County man is facing three charges related to an assault.
Doy Lee Lang, 65, has been charged by Ritchie authorities for assaulting an officer, a government health provider.
He is also charged with obstructing and public intoxication.
Lang is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $2,100.
