Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center in Grantsville will receive $1,151,464 in funding to provide health care services to their rural and under-served community.

"It is incredibly important that all West Virginians, including those living in rural communities, have access to quality preventative and primary health care," Senator Joe Manchin said.

Sen. Jay Rockefeller said, "This particular grant will give Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center the ability to make improvements to their facilities and continue providing the care that so many West Virginians rely on."

The funding comes from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Federal Assistance Management.
