WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Nicholas County Murder

NICHOLAS MURDER - The Nicholas County Sheriff's Department arrested Kristopher James Love, 26, of Birch River, and charged him with the murder of James Lewis Frame, 39, also of Birch River.

The two men were involved in a fight around 12 a.m. Tuesday on Powells Creek Road in Birch River.

When deputies, Frame was found unresponsive on the ground. He was later pronounced dead at Summersville Regional Medical Center.

Two people were also charged Tuesday as accessories after the murder. They are Michelle Stull, 30, of Summersville, and Michael Shane Wood, 24, of Birch River.

Investigators said additional arrests were possible.

KANAWHA DOMESTIC DISPUTE - Brandon Tyler Weese, 28, of Blue Creek was arrested Tuesday after a domestic situation on Blue Creek Road potentially led to the use of firearms, according to a Kanawha County Sheriff's Department news release.

Weese was charged with wanton endangerment. He also was served with a domestic violence protection order.

Deputies say THEY responded to the area over a child custody dispute.

Weese ended up pointing a loaded rifle at a deputy, and the deputy was able to grab the gun and subdue Weese with a taser.
