BRAXTON AUTHORITIES ARREST MAN FOR LARCENY/EMBEZZLEMENT - Wirt Man Charged With Wanton Endangerment

Braxton authorities arrested Kenny Ray Rollyson, 60, and charged him with grand larceny, forgery, embezzlement, obstructing, carrying concealed weapon without permit, and being a fugitive from justice.

He is being held in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $15,000.

A Braxton County man is being held in Central Regional Jail with bail posted at $200,000.

James Cameron Martines, 18, has been charged by police with wanton endangerment, assault, battery, burglary, felon in possession of firearm, brandishing, carrying a concealed weapon without permit, and trespassing.

A Wirt County man is in North Central Regional Jail, facing several charges.

Charles Wallace Riffle, 60, has been charged with wanton endangerment, domestic battery 2nd, possession of a deadly weapon by a convicted felon, prohibited firearm related to a domestic violence petition.

His bail has been set at $5,000.

Timothy Wayne Dodd, 38, of Roane County, is in Central Regional Jail, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bail has not been set.

A Clay County man, Danny Glen Nicholas, 49, is in Central Regional Jail for violation of a domestic violence order. Bail not set.

Roane countian Jason William Brown, 36, has been incarcerated in CRJ for domestic battery, and Richard Joesph White is incarcerated for violation of home confinement.

Kara Lynn Brown, 20, has been charged by Gilmer authorities with assault, destruction of property and obstructing. She is in Central Regional Jail with bail to be set.

Adam Wayne Ramsey, 28, has been charged by Braxton officials with public intoxication and obstructing. Bail set at $8,000.
