GIMER MAN CHARGED WITH BATTERY DISPLAYING GUN

Gilmer authorities have arrested Daesean Anthody Cheadle. 22, for battery with display of a weapon, according to Central Regional Jail. His bond has been set at $3,500. Roane authorities have charged Joseph Noah Payne, 61, and charged him with domestic battery. He is in Central Regional Jail wit bond not yet set. Lewis County authorities have incarcerated James Scott Morford, 30, for a probationary violation related to the failure of a drug screen, according to Central Regional Jail.
