JAMES ATTEMPTED MURDER CASE WAIVED TO CALHOUN CIRCUIT COURT - Charged With Shooting Mud Fork Man

The case against a Braxton County man who has been charged with the attempted murder of a Mud Fork, Stinson Road man, has been waived from Calhoun Magistrate Court to Calhoun Circuit Cort.

Adam C. James, 29, of Sutton has been released from Central Regional Jail, having posted bond. His original bond was posted at $500,000, but reportedly reduced.

James is charged with shooting Robert "Rob" King, 40, of Coen Drive, in the head with a hand gun following a dispute in the parking lot of the Mud Fork Church on April 4.
