| Kathy Anne Gorby, 55, of Spencer WV, died Saturday, April 26, 2014, at home.
She was born October 7, 1958, at Fairmont, a daughter of Nolan C. and Sally Anne Byard Mercer of Metz.
In addition to her parents, survivors include three sons, Daniel, Joshua and Steven Gorby all of Spencer; four grandchildren, Tallika Anne Loula Gorby, Joshua Damon Gorby, Jr., Cameron Terry Gorby and Alex Lee Gorby; two brothers, Michael and Kenny Gorby both of Hundred; three sisters, Judy Smith and Marilyn Postlethwait both of Metz and Julie Myles of Fayetteville.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Gorby.
A private memorial service is planned for a later date.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
