CIRCUIT COURT WILL HEAR THREE FELONY CASES TODAY - Three Civil Cases, 26 Juvenile Cases

Calhoun Circuit Court will be in session today in Grantsville starting at 9:30 a.m., Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. Allen Keith Carpenter, 23, of Altizer Road, is on the docket for probation revocation. Carpenter was indicted in 2013 for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and one count of conspiracy in 2011. A pre-trial hearing for John Franklin Cash, 41, of Grantsville, who was indicted in January on one count of Operating and Attempt to Operate a Clandestine Drug Laboratory. Cash was also indicted on one count of Threats of Terrorist Acts. Also on the docket: Civil Case: Eugene Stevens vs. Timothy Lamp, bench trial. Civil Case: Security National vs. Slider, default judgment. Civil Case: Furr's Auto Sales vs. Rader, bench trial. - 26 juvenile cases.
