Sharon Flinn, 64 - Burning Springs

Sharon Flinn, 64, of Burning Springs WV passed away at her residence after a battle with cancer.

She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Eunice Beckett Morgan.

She was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School. She was employed for several years at the Wirt County Café of Elizabeth WV, and loved spending time with her family, fishing and playing cards.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years Larry Flinn; 2 children Mike (Debbie) Flinn of Sandyville WV and Lora (Matt) Alfstad of Cutler Ohio; grandchildren Steven Wayne Flinn II of Burning Springs and Morgan Michelle Flinn of Lubeck WV; 2 great grandchildren Colton and Laken; 2 brothers Delmer (Elsie) Morgan of Killeen TX and Roy (Jane) Morgan of Fort Leonard Wood Missouri; 1 sister Shiela Beaver of Reno Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 son Steven Wayne Flinn; 1 sister Karen Duley and 1 brother Steven Morgan.

Visitation will be Friday April 25, 2014 6-8 p.m. at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV. Interment will be at a later date at Bethel Cemetery of Elizabeth WV.
