HAROLD SEEKING PLEA AGREEMENT IN ARNOLDSBURG INCIDENT - Calhoun Circuit Court In Session Today

A former Chloe man, Larry Dana Harold, 45, is scheduled to appear in Calhoun Circuit Court today before Judge David W. Nibert regarding a plea agreement, related to charges filed against him in an incident in Arnoldsburg, May, 2013. Harold was indicted on one count of attempt to commit burglary, a felony; destruction of property, a misdemeanor; trespass, first offense, a misdemeanor and impersonation of a law enforcement officer or official, a misdemeanor, according to Calhoun prosecutor Shannon Johnson. Circuit Court will be in session starting at 10 a.m. Other cases on Monday's docket: - State vs. Zachary Rush Thomas, status. - State vs. Matthew Nicholson, hearing on motion to revoke home confinement. - State vs. Patricia Cornell, status. - State vs. David Bailey, hearing on probation revocation. - 11 Juvenile cases.
