Joe Francis "Tater" Naylor, 62 - Arnoldsburg

Joe Francis "tater" Naylor, 62, of Arnoldsburg, West Virginia died March 31, 2014 at Charleston Area Medical Center's, Memorial Division.

He was born February 24, 1952 in Grantsville, West Virginia a son of the late Guy Milstead and Helen Starcher. He formerly worked in the oil fields and for Waste Management, was a mechanic, enjoyed trading and was a Christian.

He is survived by two daughters, Angela Naylor of Millstone, West Virginia and April Naylor of Lower Salem, Ohio; three grandchildren, Asa and Colten Naylor and Shelby Bohannon; sisters, Candy Summers, Mary Milstead, Shirley Pratt, Cindy Gainer and Lessie Alger; brothers, Charlie, Dana, Randy, Stanley, Fred and "Shote" Starcher, and Guy and Gene Milstead.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Diane Murphy and Kathy Starcher; and brothers, Terry Naylor, and Gary and Chuck Starcher.

Per his request, the body was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer, West Virginia is in charge of arrangements. There will be no service or visitation at the funeral home.
