Roane authorities have arrested Jack Lamout Nutter, 73, and charged him with domestic battery, battery and obstructing an officer, according to Central Regional Jail.
James Benjamin Smith, 33, was also arrested on domestic battery charges and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $6,000. |
