WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Street Shooting In Mullens, Men Stab Each Other With Same Knife

MULLENS ROBBERY/SHOOTING - Mullens Police arrested two people in connection to a robbery and shooting.

Alicia Tilley of Pineville and Eugene Lane of Brenton are in jail after there was a report of shots being fired on Early Street in Mullens. Mullens Police Chief Ray Toler, Tilley and Lane were wanted for attacking and then robbing a victim.

Police say the victim fired two shots to scare off his attackers. Tilley was charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony. Lane was charged with malicious wounding, robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Both Tilley and Lane are in Southern Regional Jail. There is no bond listed for either person. The victim, who's name has not been released, was taken to Raleigh General Hospital with unknown injuries. PARKERSBURG STABBING - A Parkersburg man is in critical condition following a reported stabbing early Saturday morning.

Christopher Adam Grinter, 27, of Parkersburg, was taken to Camden Clark Medical Center.

The suspect was identified as Jacob Nehemiah Evans, 30, of Parkersburg. He was arraigned Saturday on a felony charge of malicious wounding where his bond was set at $150,000.

KANAWHA STABBINGS - Two men who were stabbed used the same knife over the weekend in Kanawha County.

The Sissonville men are in the hospital with non-life threatening wounds after investigators say they stabbed each other with the same knife.

The Kanawha County Sheriffs Department says Tracy Stalnaker and Trevor Goins, both of Sissonville, W.Va., got into a fight about 11 p.m. Sunday.

Deputies say Stalnaker stabbed Goins in the leg with a knife, then Goins removed the knife from his leg and stabbed Stalnaker in the back.
