| 6 AM - The north-south lanes of I-79 at the Clay-Braxton line are restricted because of a tractor trailer accident.
Workers are cleaning up a crash, with delays until noon Tuesday.
Fire officials said the driver of a tractor trailer was heading north just after 5 a.m. when he hit a patch of black ice, lost control and crashed.
