RITCHIE AUTHORITIES CHARGE MAN WITH LARCENY - Roane Man Arrested For Battery

Ritchie County authorities have charged Kyle Dean Cooper, 34, with multiple counts, including petit larceny, furnishing alcohol to a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, driving suspended/revoked, and a registration violation. He is being held on $41,250 bail related to charges in Jackson County. A Roane County man is in Central Regional Jail on misdemeanor charges related to battery and disruption of governmental process. Bail has been set for David Allen May, 40, at $10,000.
