SEARCH STILL ON FOR LOST CLAY COUNTY MAN

Police and community members are searching for a Clay County man. Police say 55-year-old Joel William Finch was reported missing Tuesday morning. Finch's fiancé told troopers he had left on Jan. 20 around noon from his home on Rock Camp Road to look for a job in Dunbar. Finch left the home on foot and took his dog with him. Troopers have checked in with local hospitals and homeless shelters in the area. So far, they do not have any leads. The man does not have immediate family members. Finch has a tiger tattoo on his back and an American flag tattoo on his upper right arm, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey hooded sweatshirt, Rocky boots, and carrying a black bag.
