WINTER STORM WARNING FOR REGION TUESDAY - 3-5" Inches Snow, Nightime Temp Dropping Toward Zero

The NWS says a Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 1 am Tuesday to 1 am EST Wednesday. Snow accumulation 3-5 inches. Snow will cover roads quickly, making travel hazardous. Winds north 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Temperatures in the lower 20s Tuesday, dropping near 2 degrees Tuesday night, followed by single digit temps Wednesday and Thursday night.
