Oleeta Wease Brown Doty, 87 - Parkersburg

Oleeta Wease Brown Doty, 87, of Parkersburg WV, went home to be with the Lord, in the presence of her loving daughters, on Jan. 12, 2014, in the Worthington Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Mrs. Doty was born in Grantsville, W.Va., a daughter of the late Dennis J. and Ruth Bennett Wease.

She was twice married, first to Dale E. Brown, and secondly to Delbert Junior Doty, both whom preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Calhoun County High School and Mountain State College. Mrs. Doty had retired from Sears and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Martin (Darwin) of New Martinsville, Patty R. Bosley (Robert) of Parkersburg and Cheryl Hall (Gary) of Leechburg, Pa.; three sons, Rick Stillwaggoner (Terri) of New Martinsville, Mike Brown (Linda) of Spokane, Wash., and Bobby Brown (Cindy) of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; one brother, Donzil B. Wease of Grantsville; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one sister, Estelle Wease; one grandchild, Angelina Martin.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Todd E. Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen North Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday.
