A Doddridge County teenager has plead guilty in multiple-murder case.

Joseph Spencer, 17, plead guilty to three first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Frederick Spencer, 49, and Dixie Spencer, 47, his parents, and Patience Spencer, 9, his sister.

In a plea agreement, Spencer will serve the first two counts of murder at the same time, and the third right sentence to follow.

The youth, who is being tried as an adult, could face a minimum of 30 years to life in prison.

Judge Tim Sweeney took the plea into consideration and will decide on sentencing on Feb. 10 following a pre-sentencing investigation.

The murders happened near West Union on Labor Day 2012.
