Jimmy Ray Price, 74, of Spencer WV, died Saturday, January 4, 2014, in the Miletree Center, Spencer. He was born in Spencer. Jimmy was a graduate of Spencer High School and an Army veteran. He was a former employee of Monarch Rubber Company, Kellwood Company and Norris Industries, all of Spencer. Survivors include a son, Steven Ray Price of Spencer; a daughter, Rhonda Lynn Lupardus of Marietta OH; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. There will be no visitation or service.
