GILMER COUNTY GETS PARTIAL CONTROL OF SCHOOL SYSTEM BACK

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - The state Board of Education has returned partial control of Gilmer County's school system. The board says recent improvements means the school system will regain partial control in areas including curriculum, finance, policies, transportation and the operation of a school calendar.
