WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Student Arrested Making Terrorist Threats

(12/04/2013)
CHARLESTON STANDOFF - Two people have been arrested after a police standoff in a Charleston apartment complex, where they discovered the suspect had a number of guns.

Police say the standoff started when they went to an apartment looking for Miguel Quinonas, a man who was out on parole after being convicted of murder in 1995.

A second arrest was for the occupant of the apartment who said the man was not present.

There was an outstanding 2010 warrant for his arrest because of a parole violation.

Police forcibly entered the home, used teargas and ultimately drug the suspect out of an attic.

RALEIGH STUDENT MAKES TERRORIST THREATS - A student at Shady Spring High School in Raleigh County is charged with making terroristic threats after deputies said he posted threatening messages and pictures on a social media site, identifying himself as Columbine Shooter 1.

Deputies said the student posted pictures of Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, the two teenagers accused in the Columbine High School attack in Littleton, Colo., in April 1999.

MARTINSBURG BANK HEIST - Police in Berkeley County are looking for two men involved in a bank robbery in Martinsburg. A man demanded money from the teller at the CNB Bank while the second suspect served as a lookout. They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
