State Police are investigating a breaking and entering that happened at the Clay Pharmacy in Clay last week.

Police responded to a burglar alarm about 5 a.m. Friday.

When Trooper S.L. Bass arrived at the scene, he discovered there had been forced entry through the front door, according to Sgt. Michael Baylous, spokesman for the State Police.

After the owner took inventory, multiple bottles of Oxycodone were unaccounted for.
