Justine Taylor Paxton, 92 - Walton

Justine Taylor Paxton, 92, of Walton, West Virginia, died Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, following an extended illness.

She was born August 31, 1921 at Ryan WV, the daughter of the late Ezra and Nora Vineyard Taylor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Paxton; five brothers; and four sisters.

Justine attended the Walton Union Church, and was very active with the Roane County Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her nieces and nephews; and by her caregivers, Kelly and Vicky Naylor.

The family would like to say a special thanks to Hospice nurses, Janet and Amber; and to her social worker, Richie, for their care and compassion.

Funeral service will be Monday, November 25, at 11 a.m. at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Timothy Ashley officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Walton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday.
