At least five cases were presented to a Calhoun County Grand Jury last
week, with one indictment.
Brian Edward Rush was indicted for sexual assault in the third degree, eight
counts.
Also sexual assault in the third degree, one count.
His indictment does not mean he is guilty, but his case will be presented
before the Calhoun Circuit Court.
