Louverne King, 66

Louverne King, born July 1, 1947, passed away on November 17, 2013 at Laurel Nursing Home after battling with cancer. She was a homemaker and a Christian lady. She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Geraldine Louise Tanner King. She left behind three sisters, Cora Wagoner of Chloe WV, Marie King and Betty Boggs both of Grantsville WV; as well as several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind two very special friends and roommates, Remonia Morton of Ivydale WV and Carroll Arnold of Chloe. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2013, 1:00 pm, at the Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville with Bobby Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 pm until the time of the services.
