BRAXTON MAN CHARGED WITH SELLING HEROIN |

| Joshua Seth Rollyson, 30, of Braxton County has been charged with
delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Rollyson is accused of selling heroin to confidential informant. Rollyson supposedly admitted to selling Heroin to another man every day since March. Dinah Jayne Drake, 56, of Roane County was arrested and taken to Central Regional Jail, charged with battery against an official and obstructing. Bond was set at $7.500. A Ritchie County man has been charged for a meth operation. Wilbert G. McDonald, 52, is charged with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab. He is in North Central Regional Jail with bond set at $100,000. Shirley Ann Skidmore, 58, of Braxton County is in Central Regional Jail, charged with sexual assault, 3rd degree. Belinda Kay Maynard, 32, has been charged by Roane officials with obstructing, battery on an officer, child abuse with serious risk of injury, and license revoked for DUI. Bail is set at $59,000. Brian Lee Smith, 27, of Calhoun is in Central Regional Jail charged with obstructing, a misdemeanor. Bond has not been set. Stacy Lea Bright, 29, of Gilmer County is in Central Regional Jail facing charges related to fraud and making false statements. Bond has not been set. Kayla Michelle Hamner, 22, of Braxton County has been arrested and jailed related to uttering charges. Bond is $50,000. A fugitive from justice caught in Calhoun is in Central Regional Jail waiting extradition. Joshua Eugene Taylor, 32, had been charged with a terrorist threats and domestic violence. |
