Sheila Jean (Tanner) McCune, 55, of Spencer, West Virginiawent home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 8, 2013.
She was born December 17, 1957, in Braxton County.
She is survived by her loving husband, Freddie McCune; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Amanda; daughter, Kristen; grandchildren, Haleigh, Benjamin and Katelyn; mother, Betty Tanner; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Sharon, David and Darlene; mother-in-law, Tressie McCune; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Tanner.
She enjoyed singing in church, the outdoors, and spending time with family. She attended the Nebo Baptist Church.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 11 in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Kenneth Tanner officiating. Burial will be in the Ward Cemetery, Spencer. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
