CLAY MAN CHARGED WITH ROBBERY, ASSAULT, AND ARSON

A Clay County man has been charged and incarcerated in Central Regional Jail on a multitude of charges. Thomas Franklin King, 39, is charged with robbery, night time burglary, attempt to commit arson, assault, wanton endangerment with firearm, and assault during commission of a felony. King is being held on $120,000 bond. Other regional arrests: - Stephen Summers, 39, Calhoun, DUI, no proof of insurance. - Russell Joseph Duskey, 37, Gilmer, DUI with minor in vehicle, bond $1,000. - Travis John Dean, 29, Braxton, DUI first offense.
