UPDATE: MAN LIFE-FLIGHTED FROM STINSON CAR CRASH - Second Person Taken To Braxton Hospital

Two men were injured Friday night when their vehicle went out of control on State Rt. 16 at Stinson, a short distance from Stinson Grocery, sending both to the hospital.

A 26-year-old man, identified by sources at the scene as Richard Cadle, reportedly sufferer head injuries and broken ribs, and was sent by chopper to a Charleston medical center.

Responders indicated the accident was likely alcohol related.

The other man, identified by by sources at the scene as Sam Miller, was taken by Minnie Hamilton EMS to Braxton Memorial Hospital, the nature of his injuries are not known.

The car appeared to be traveling at a high speed, and landed on its top in a lot above the roadway.

Sources at the scene said the men were from the Nebo, Clay County area.

The Upper West Fork VFD responded to the incident, with State Police investigating.
