Spencer Veneer has contacted OSHA to review an accident that killed
former Clay resident Charles Clinton Rogers, 44, last
Saturday. Roane County emergency officials said Rogers fell about ten
feet from a pipe or scaffold. He died a few hours later
in Roane General Hospital.
The company issued a statement expressing the sympathy of its
employees to the Rogers family.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday at the Stump Funeral Home in
Arnoldsburg with burial at Ivydale.
