ORIGINAL STORY 2/28/2015 - A Braxton County man, Billy Dunbar, Sr., 53, will appear Monday before Judge Thomas Evans III in Calhoun Circuit Court for a plea or scheduling, involving multiple counts of incest and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian.

Dunbar's case had been set for trial in February.

Dunbar was indicted in Calhoun on twenty five counts of sexual abuse, including incest.

Sr. Trooper J. A. Newman, in a criminal complaint, said that Dunbar "had to clear his conscience," turning himself into the WV State Police, having had a sexual relationship with his 16-year-old daughter and impregnating her.
