| Responders went to a single vehicle accident early Monday on Oka Road, off Rt. 16 near Chloe.
Responders said the occupant was out of the vehicle, and no one was transported to the hospital at the time.
Later in the day the victim was taken to the hospital.
Minnie Hamilton EMS and the Upper West VFD responded at 4:15 a.m.
