Temperatures could be dropping below freezing for the first time this week in the region, with little or no frost reported yet. Heavy snow has been reported in some WV mountain counties. NWS says: Wednesday night at 28 degrees. Thursday night at 23 degrees. Friday night at 25 degrees.
