THE WORLD WITHOUT US MAIL SERVICE?

Hundreds of rural West Virginia post offices are targeted for closures, some already have. Many rural offices have cut down to two or four hour operations, including several in Calhoun County.

But what would the world be like without US Postal, a projected possibility in the 21st Century?
