A Walton, Roane County, woman is dead following a two-car crash at the Park and Ride near the intersection of US 119 and I-79, a short distance from Clendenin.
Ramona Abbott, 53, died from the collision just after 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies say Gerlethia Mason of Garner, NC was traveling north on Route 119, lost control and hit the Abbott vehicle head-on.
Officials said Mason is hospitalized with serious injuries.
