REGIONAL RESIDENTS CHARGED WITH MULTIPLE CRIMES

A Braxton man is in Central Regional Jail facing multiple charges. Jeremy Dale Harris, 21, has been charged with burglary, daytime breaking and entering, grand larceny and a fugitive from justice. His bond has been posted at $50,000. Joran Mishka Biscombe, 27, has been arrested by Gilmer authorities and charged with manufacturing, delivery of a controlled substance. Bond has not be set. Shannon Emminzer Decker, 39, has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail for child abuse with risk of serious injury. Her bond has been set at $100,000. A Roane County man is in Central Regional jail related to drunk driving charges. Police arrested Steven Ray Bell, 29, and charged him driving DUI on a suspended license, 3rd offense, a felony.
