UPDATE: CLAY'S GO-MART HIT BY EARLY MORNING ROBBERY

UPDATE 11/12 - State Police in Clay County say they are looking for two people wearing hoodies who walked into the Clay Go-Mart early Tuesday and held-up the establishment.

Police said the subjects stole money from the cash register and took several hundred dollars in cigarettes.

Authorities said it appeared they had a weapon, but none was displayed.

Police said an Exxon station in the town was also recently robbed.

State Police have not released a general description of the subjects or surveillance video from the store.

ORIGINAL STORY 11/9 - Clay's Go-Mart was the victim of a 3 a.m. robbery Tuesday morning, according to the manager of the store.

Unconfirmed reports say two disguised males entered the store, went behind the counter and took money and cigarettes, ripping out the cash register.

Reports said the men appeared to have guns, but the store manager said that could not be confirmed.

Information regarding the amount of money taken was not available.

Employees in the store reportedly retreated to a store cooler.

State Police have yet to post surveillance video.
