CHS VOLLEYBALL DEFEAT TRINITY AND BISHOP DONAHUE |

| By Angie Hersman Calhoun High School Varsity Volleyball Girls traveled to Tyler Consolidated for a Quad on Saturday, Oct. 5th. CHS came up with wins against Trinity 2-0 and Bishop Donahue 2-0 and lost to Tyler Consolidated 0-2. Varsity Record goes to 15-6-1. CHS Varsity will travel to Roane on Tuesday evening for a Tri with Roane and Wirt. CHS JV and Varsity will return home on Thursday evening against St. Marys with JV starting at 6 pm and Varsity at 7 pm. On Saturday, October 12th, CHS Varsity will travel to Charleston Catholic for a 12 team tournament beginning at 9 am. CHS Defeats Trinity 25-14 , 25-15 Stephanie Hall 19 points (3 aces) , 1 block, 5 kills Savannah Rogers 7 points, 4 kills Abby Rexroad 7 points (2 aces), 2 assists Bailie Cain 4 points, 1 block, 4 kills, 2 assists Amanda Carter 2 points, 1 assist Megan Barton 4 points, 50/50 Kenzie Hicks 7 points (2 aces), 1 kill, 1 assist CHS Defeats Bishop Donahue 25-17, 26-24 Stephanie Hall 14 points (2 aces), 1 block, 5 kills; Savannah Rogers 6 points (1 ace), 2 kills; Abby Rexroad 15 points (2 aces), 4 assists; Bailie Cain 3 points, 3 kills, 2 assists; Amanda Carter 2 points (1 ace); Megan Barton 6 points , 53/53; and Kenzie Hicks 5 points (1 ace), 1 block, 4 kills. CHS defeated by Tyler Consolidated 10-25 and 5-25 Stephanie Hall 3 points, 2 kills; Savannah Rogers 2 points; Abby Rexroad 4 points; Bailie Cain 2 points, 1 block, 2 kills; Megan Barton 3 points, 27/29; and Amanda Carter 1 point.
