ROANE GRAND JURY INDICTS CALHOUN RESIDENTS

A Roane County grand jury made 32 indictments, including:

- Michael L. Grogg, 29, of Grantsville, indicted on two felony counts of failure to pay child support.

- Dennis W. Bailey, 20, of Country Lanes, Mt. Zion, indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, officer alleges Bailey sold three Adderall tablets to a police informant for $10 each in a Spencer parking lot.

- Samantha Yeager, 31, of Arnoldsburg, indicted for welfare fraud, forgery and uttering, the case presented by WV-DHHR alleges Yeager failed to report all her household income while receiving over $30,000 in food stamps, medical and transportation benefits in 2008-2009.

- Zebadiah Hamrick, 34, of Spencer, indicted for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab along US 33, Roane-Calhoun line.

The indictment alleges Hamrick was attempting the production of meth underneath a tarp between two parked cars along the highway. He is also facing charges in Calhoun.
