WOMAN STABBED IN LEWIS COUNTY An unidentified woman showed up at a hospital with stab wounds to her face in Lewis County, and police are saying that the woman who brought her there is actually the one who stabbed her.

The victim received 150 stitches to her face.

The stabbing incident happened about 4 a.m. Monday in Weston.

Police say the women got into an argument when the one woman pulled out a knife and started slashing the victim in the face.

WOMAN RUNS OVER MAN, STABS HIM WITH SCREWDRIVER - A Elkins woman is in jail after police say she hit a man with a car and then stabbed him with a screwdriver.

According to police, the victim says the two were arguing in the car and after he got out 33-year-old Kimberly Hawkins hit him with the car.

Later, according to police, Hawkins allegedly picked up a screwdriver and stabbed the man several times in the arm and back.

Hawkins is in jail charged with malicious wounding and is being held on $100,000 bond.
