Calhoun High School Junior varsity Volleyball girls traveled to Roane County for a JV Tournament on Saturday, September 28th. There were 8 teams participating with Calhoun JV making it to the Championship game and finishing as Runner Up.

Game 1 CHS JV wins vs Roane 26-24     26-24

Shyenne Jarvis 8 points; Makayla Smith 13 points (3 aces); Ashley Hersman 5 points; Callie Cooper 1 point; Hannah Allen 9 points; Kayla Lamb 11 points (2 aces); and Taylor Garrett 5 points.

Game 2 CHS JV loses to Clay 18-25     19-25

Shyenne Jarvis 6 points (2 aces); Makayla Smith 10 points (2 aces); Ashley Hersman 6 points (2 aces); Hannah Allen 5 points (1 ace); Taylor Garrett 2 points; Kayla Lamb 4 points (2 aces); and Tori Allen 4 points.

Game 3 CHS JV wins vs Doddridge 25-11     25-8

Shyenne Jarvis 5 points (3 aces); Hannah Burris 4 points; Makayla Smith 9 points (2 aces); Ashley Hersman 4 points (1 ace); Hannah Allen 15 points (3 aces); Kayla Lamb 5 points (2 aces); Taylor Garrett 6 points (3 aces); Tori Allen 1 point; and Alisha Fulks 1 point.

Game 4 CHS JV wins vs Pt. Pleasant 25-22     25-12

CHAMPIONSHIP GAME vs Clay lost 14-25     19-25
