Robby Lamp, 49, of Creston, is in Central Regional Jail for the obtaining of a license plate from an owner and displaying it on his vehicle.
A complainant reported the plate missing from her vehicle, saying that Lamp was using the plate, according to a criminal complaint.
State Police said that the plate was returned to the rightful owner.
Lamp is being held on $10,000 bond. |
