WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Charleston Couple Stage Hold-Up

SCHOOL EMPLOYEE ARRESTED - A Kanawha County Schools employee David Turner was arrested for having a gun on Hayes Middle School property.

According to criminal complaint, police were asked to come to the school after employees were shown the gun and saw Turner wearing it on his belt.

Turner admitted to having the gun, a loaded 9-millimeter pistol under his driver's seat.

Turner was taken to the South Central Regional Jail on a $30,000 bond.

STAGED ROBBERY - A man and woman were arrested for staging a robbery in Charleston at Barney's Sports Bar.

According to a criminal complaint issued by the Kanawha County Magistrate Court, Dustin Aaron Crouch, 19, along with Ingrid Taylor, 32, were both arrested and charged with grand larceny.

Police say Crouch entered the bar and aimed a firearm at Taylor, who was working in the bar and demanded money from a back room safe.

Crouch fled with $1,557 in cash.

Police found that Taylor had met with Crouch the day before the robbery to plan the staged event and split the money.

Both Crouch and Taylor are being held in the South Central Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.
